Returns & exchanges

I accept cancellations within: 1 hour of purchase.  

I don't accept returns however do except exchanges on some pieces within 14 days of purchase. 

In order to accept an exchange, the piece must be returned unworn and in the condition it was received. 

However earrings are non exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.  

For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit is taken before I can start work on the piece.

Commissions are non-refundable. 

Made to order pieces are non-refundable.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will try my best to rectify it.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items or contact me at hello@lizcrowlondon.com

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. These vary country to country. If you have any questions you are advised to contact your local customs.

By law I must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease custom fees.

I unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing with Royal Mail.
